- Play UNO (or any other card/board game)
- Read-it's a great time to get those summer reading minutes in!
- Create-hop on Pinterest for some inspiration and get out the crafting supplies!
- Have a movie day-Layer blankets and pillows on the floor, pop some popcorn, and make use of that Netflix subscription!
- Get some boxes-my family is moving so we have boxes everywhere. The little kids love to crawl in and out and play hide and seek and the big kids like to color on them and create things with them!
- Host a playdate-having a friend over is the best boredom buster.
- Walk around Target/the mall/anywhere with AC- a change of scenery keeps the kids occupied.
- Go for ice cream!- What is summer without the occasional before dinner treat??
- Hang out at the library- read, play with different toys, do crafts-all for free.
- Throw the kids in the tub- Sometimes I will run a bath just to keep the kids busy. They splash around and I have a moment to read or clean the bathroom!
