Meet Stephanie Stavrou, the super talented face painter behind some of the most beautiful creations that I have ever seen! Painting faces for over a year, Stephanie uses only professional products on her clients of all ages. Stephanie's business, The Pickled Pineapple Shop, not only specializes in face painting, but also does beautifully personalized home decor as well as wood paint parties.
"I've always loved painting and being creative. I started face painting when I was working at a toddler play center as a hobby and turned out loving it. Kids are so amazing to work with and I absolutely love bringing a smile to their faces. I love painting what their little minds come up with. A pink and purple tiger with blue glitter? You got it." She says.
I recently invited Stephanie to come to my daughter's 8th birthday party at a local restaurant, and she did not disappoint! The works of art she created on the faces of my daughter and her friends were so beautiful that we just did not want to wash them off! They were colorful, creative, glittery and fun! She used an array of tools, including multiple sized paint brushes, stencils, glitter, and more. But don't let that fool you, a lot of this work was done free-handed, and she can usually paint up to 10 people in an hour. Also, she was fantastic and patient with the kids and easy to work with too.
