Halloween is going to look a little different this year, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun - it just means that like with so many other things these days, we need to be a little creative! Together with our local business friends, Macaroni Kid Medina distributed 150 "Boo Baskets" throughout Medina county to surprise and delight local families. We stuffed the baskets to the brim with toys, trinkets, candy, and more and then headed out in hopes of bringing smiles to some little faces.
First, we spent a couple of weeks in the garage stuffing baskets:
Then, my helper and I loaded up the wagon and headed out into the neighborhood with our goodies to surprise our neighbors all over town:
We had a blast, and heard back from a few families who had been "Boo'd" and were delighted with their treats!

There is still time to "Boo" your neighbors, or you can even adapt the fun to other holidays. Just fill a bag or basket with treats and a note saying "you've been boo'd!", deliver it to an unsuspecting neighbor, and know that you likely brought some joy to another.
