This year the Brunswick Community Recreation Center offers a Storybook-Themed Summer Camp for children entering first grade through entering sixth grade. Our vacation begins on Tuesday, May 29, and ends on Friday, August 17, 2018.
Camp hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with hot lunch and two snacks provided. Early drop-off is available beginning at 7:30 am and after-care is available until 6:00 pm. Both are offered at no additional cost.
Campers enjoy activities based on the various Disney attactions we will visit each week. Each day is full of organized games, sports, swimming, visits to the library and creative activities that spark the imagination. Campers also enjoy supervised free-play at our “Kid City” and play board games with their old and new friends!
Field trips to fun places and entertainment by special guests and performers are enjoyed by our campers throughout the summer.
Campers can join the “Young Farmer’s Club” and plant and maintain the Recreation Center garden with the help from the Brunswick Home Depot staff.
Our Summer Camp is a well-rounded experience with safety and fun as our main focus! Our outstanding core of returning staff is CPR, AED and First Aid certified with many years of experience in teaching and working with children.
